Currently, The TireKicker Podcast will have our main show and one offshoot show.  The main podcast will cover general Kickstarter projects from Art, Music, Tech and anything else that the hosts wish to voice reviews about. The offshoot show (The Tire Kicker Podcast: Gaming Goodness – click here for episodes) will be aired only on the Freebooter’s Network, and focus on gaming related Kickstarters.  We will cover everything from the newest board, roleplaying and miniatures games, to anything else the gamer geek would love to be a part of.

About the Crew

Dave Farr: Just a kid who loved GI Joe, Dave really hit his geek stride after college.  In 1999 he found 40k and fell in love with the miniature hobby.  Painting and skirmish size games take the front seat now, but boardgames and RPG’s have also become favorites.  When all else fails, Dave likes to relax in front of the Xbox One or his gaming rig.  If you’d like to hear more from Dave you can find him on the Nerdherders Podcast.

Meaghan Slottje: From humble beginnings of Monopoly and Clue, a love of games grew during and after college. Starting with board games and spreading to miniatures and RPGs. I love all aspects of gaming, from painting miniatures, to debating mechanics of games with friends to cosplaying as my favorite characters. When I’m not gaming, I’m on the track with my team at New Hampshire Roller Derby.
